About Joyce Kimble Smith
BIOGRAPHY Joyce Kimble Smith is a fine art photographer formerly based in Winchester, VA, where, for ten years, she documented the beauty and ever-changing face of the Shenandoah Valley. Her images of cherry blossoms were presented on News Channel Four in Washington, DC. I actually do not remember exactly where. It is somewhere near the Pierceton area.Was just out driving around and found it. I have looked for it several times to re-photograph myself, and cant find it! Just try the back roads out that way and maybe you can find it.
